Rajat brings over two decades of experience across Consumer, Telecom and Media sectors. He was the MD of Disney (India) and successfully launched the leading kids TV network in India. Prior to Disney, Rajat launched Sony MAX. Rajat has also held senior management positions with the Essel Group, Modi Telstra, Benckiser and Hindustan Lever.  He is a postgraduate from IIM, Ahmedabad and an engineering graduate from IIT, Delhi.

Ajit Joshi
Executive Director - Finance & Accounts

Ajit has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounts, Corporate Finance, Treasury Management and MIS in companies like Efkon AG, Raymond, Colgate Palmolive, Bombay Dyeing, Enercon etc. He has worked with diversified industries from Textiles, FMCG, power and smart cards. His strengths are budgeting, fund management, internal control systems, management of investment portfolios and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities. He has an MBA in finance.

Rajiv Hiranandani
Co-Founder and Executive Director - Revenues

Rajiv is co-founder with 14 years experience and has extensive network of relationships in the Wireless and Media space, and has built Mobile2Win's business in India. He was instrumental in launching the Yahoo Media business in India as Head of Sales. Prior to Yahoo, he was heading Sales & Marketing for the Indian Express (IE) group's Internet initiative. Rajiv has worked with TCI - the largest TV Cable Network in the USA.

Tushar Shah
Executive Director - Products and Marketing

Tushar has over 17 years of experience in heading consumer marketing functions across leading Telecom, Media and Entertainment companies. Before joining Mobile2Win, Tushar was the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Walt Disney Company, India. He has worked with The Times of India, Modi Telstra, Hutch and Sony Entertainment Television in marketing, sales and product management.

Sachin Jain
Associate Director - Engineering and Services delivery

Sachin has over 8 years of cross functional experience in developing, implementing & maintaining applications on the Mobile & Internet platforms. Sachin has earlier worked with Nelco and Contest2win on various online consumer products & services. He is an engineer (B.Tech) from Bhilai Institute of Technology.

Deepak Gupta
Associate Director - Strategy & Corporate Development

Deepak has over 10 years of cross-functional experience in strategic planning, P&L management and business development. He has worked with BPL, eBay, ICI and Times of India. Deepak is a MBA in finance & marketing from IIM Bangalore.
